Hi "mom": Do you know what size the image is? When I clicked on it, it took a long time to load, and then was larger than my screen. The jpg format was designed more or less for this kind of thing and conventional wisdom has it that most monitors cannot really take advantage of an image that is more than 72dip (though I think some of the higher-end modern monitors probably can). Good rule of thumb is to make the image 72dpi for posting. I usually make mine around 8 x 12 or 8 x 10 inches. They seem to load fast and fill most of the screen.
