Places for kids:
- Marsh-Billings Farm near Woodstock has a working barn you can visit It's just a few minutes north of Woodstock. Directions are available in town, or check out the Woodstock or National Park websites.

- Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS) on route 4 east of Woodstock has wildlife on display and does a variety of presentations kids would enjoy. It's also close to Quechee Gorge.


Both are a relatively easy drive from Ludlow, about 45 minutes.
