Just noticed the farm in the Peacham church scene is for sale. Hope the new owners don't make any drastic changes.

Hi KC: nice to see you back here! What an idyllic spot for a new buyer. I agree, I hope they don't make any unnecessary changes! Are you returning to Vermont for foliage season this year? CT

I bought a small place a few miles East of here. It needed a lot of work, so I used up nearly all my vacation days for this year fixing it up. I probably won't be able to make it back this fall.
