PHOTOGRAPHING VERMONT'S FALL FOLIAGE eBOOK

Post: # 15480Post Andy

My eBook has arrived, hopefully just in time for 2012 Fall Foliage.

"Photographing Vermont's Fall Foliage, Where to Find the Iconic Shots" has been delivered in eBook format to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Sony eBooks, Kobo and other eBook providers.

It is currently available for Kindle (Amazon); http://www.amazon.com/Photographing-Ver ... ll+Foliage

AND on iTunes/iBookstore: http://itunes.apple.com/us/book/photogr ... 4198?mt=11

This is the eBook Version of my old pdf, and is updated, including GPS coordinates for most places. Forward was written by our own local celebrity, Arnold J. Kaplan.

Congratulations. I am sure the VT dept of tourism is thrilled. The photographers at Jenne farm, maybe a little less so. Good luck with it. Love the cover shot.

Thanks folks. It has been a "labor of love." The funny part is I have never been to the Jenne Farm, which is without a doubt the most famous of all locations. Will have to make it a point to get elbow-to-elbow with the rest of the photographers when I am in Vermont in 2015.

The eBook is now in the iBookstore on iTunes. Since you have to get there through iTunes, and I only have it loaded on my work computer, I will try to figure out how to make it a link here, tomorrow when I get to work. But you can search for it.

Andy: this is really exciting! I forgot to mention that the forward by Mr. Kaplan was so touching and full of admiration for you as a person and photographer. I really enjoyed what he wrote and it was certainly from the heart.

You are going to be famous!

HI folks: Need a favor here. Would anybody who has downloaded my eBook please go to Amazon and look at the reviews and consider reviewing it? I got one 5-star review from a member here, and recently someone gave it a 1 star. If you read his review, and my comment to him, I believe you'll agree its unfounded, but it really screws up the star rating. I would consider it a huge personal favor.

Andy - we won't have internet access and do not have nooks, smart phones, any of that. If I buy this on Itunes, can I print it out?

I guess that would depend on where you downloaded it. If you download it to a computer and hook it to a printer, I don't know any reason why you couldn't.

haha yeah, I'm on a computer now. I meant I wouldn't have access to internet and that once we leave. My flip phone doesn't have those capabilities - ha!

Not sure I am following you. If you download it to a computer, I don't see any reason why you couldn't print it out and take the print out with you.

Andy,

How do you track your GPS coordinates. I would like to be able to log GPS coordinates for my photos and tag my RAW files.

Jack
