bennington vs arlington foliage

I'm planning my first trip to vermont weekend of Sept 27 and in an new RV. I wanted to know if anyone had recommendation for either of the following camp grounds and which location they thought would be the best for foliage. We will only be there for the weekend but if you have a feel for which site also is the best for biking and hiking any recommendations greatly appreciated.
Bennington (Woodford State Park)
Arlington (Camping on the Battenkill)

Woodford may fit you needs better for hiking and biking. Foliage will be just starting that far south. Take the roads south for road biking. They are lightly traveled.
