I'm looking for recommendations for the Killington/Woodstock/Quechee/ White River Jct. area. We're going to eat at Hemmingways and Simon Pearce. Anywher else we should go for a good dinner?

Thanks!

You picked 2 good ones. The Farmer's Diner in Quechee is a favorite for us home cooking folks. They use local produce.

I ate there this summer. I was planning to get a frozen yogut, but the outdoor barbeque smelled so good I went for it. Forgot the yogut. Best way up there is route 12 north to route 107 and turn left. Tosiers is first and Peavine is a few miles farther west.

If you are looking for a great place in WRJ for a great dinner, go to a place called AJs. You may have to wait a few minutes before you can be seated but they have a great salad bar plus it can be difficult to eat all that is served. If one loves Lobster, you can go across the river to Lebanon to the Weathervane.

I can'e believe i forgot the WeatherVane. I know a lot of verterans who go down to the VA hospital in WRJ and that's where they go after they are done at the hospital.
