Drove into Bennington today... There is basically nothing left above 2000 feet here in the Greens; about 80-90% bare trees, the rest having some yellows and orange/brown. 1500-2000 is a bit better; I am not sure what the Wilminton (Mt. Not sure I agree about route 7 vs. 7A.. they are very different to be sure. 7A is nice if you want to see the locale better, but there is some excellent scenery on route 7 because it goes right next to the western spine of the Greens. Might be worth taking one going north, the other going south. --c
