We really had a nice summer if I do say so myself not being a big fan of summer. We are planning to go to Stowe for 3 days (early??) Sept 26, 27 and 28th)...

Re: Weather & leaf peeping Killington Oct 9-12???
As always, you guys are great! Thanks for your input. I swear I am never, ever going to put off Vermont until 2nd week of October. Maybe years ago that was the time to go but with the climate changing I believe our leaves our turning earlier. It's beautiful here in CT right now. Gosh, I remember yea...

Mark-your slideshow is magnificent. My hubby and I were up on Cloudland Road a week ago today and he took pictures of that same beautiful home. If I hit the lottery, I will be knocking on that door! LOL What a gorgeous spot. We also found Galaxy Road. Seems like we followed the same route you did. Y...

Re: VT is BEAUTIFUL, but...
Well, we have arrived and as promised the foliage is beautiful. What we can glimpse of it, that is. It is pouring rain and foggier than London. Urgh! God-I only have tomorrow then heading home on Friday. On a sadder note, the Mendon Mountainview Resort sits empty sold at auction for a pittance due t...
