Hello all! I just wanted to thank everyone, especially PWT and IXL for suggesting great places to visit. We spent the weekend in Bennington and had a good time. The drive to the top of Mount Equinox was great and there were even snow flurries! We also had a wonderful dinner at the Four Chimneys Inn....

Thanks PWT! I will definitely check out that drive. Can you suggest a good route for me to take from New York (Queens) to Bennington which will provide nice foliage on the way?

We stayed at the Inn of the Six Mountains last year and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and we had a great view from our room. And the price was great. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, then I recommend this inn!

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their advice last week! Even though many of the trees had lost their leaves, the scenery was breath taking! I took the route suggested by PWT 54 and was amazed at the colors I saw. Thanks everyone!! I am definitely returning next year!
