User Agreement
The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to
agree or disagree with these terms.

The Scenes of Vermont Classified Avertising Service ("the service") is offered to you by Scenes of Vermont - PB Publishing LLC under the following terms and conditions:
You must be 18 years of age to use the service. By using the service you represent that you are the lawful and unencumbered owner of the property you are offering for sale.
If for any reason you are not satisied with your ad in the first 3 days, we will refund your money. You should notify us of any concerns.
All images uploaded for display with the ad will be reviewed for proper content. Such files should show the item being sold in your ad. Scenes of Vermont - PB Publishing LLC reserves the right to delete photos it deems inappropriate. If we reject one or more of your uploaded images, your account will be credited for related charges, if any.
Scenes of Vermont - PB Publishing LLC reserves the right to refuse any classified ads at its own discretion.
