Start your evening with a relaxing cocktail in our Pub, or enjoy lighter offerings in our Pub and Small Dining Room. Our knowledgeable staff is always eager to offer suggestions from our award wining Wine Cellar. The Hermitage is proud member of The Vermont Fresh Network. Dress is casual. Hours of operation daily for lunch and lite fare 11:30am to 10:00pm, and dinner 5:00pm until 10:00pm.
