This place has to rank up there with our best meals over. The ingredients were all from local produce, fresh and expertly prepared. The cheese menu featured a selection of fine Vermont cheeses that one would not ordinarily find. They were so good that we scoured the local area to find some we could take home. There was an interesting assortment of salads, featuring prodcue from Pete's Greens - I had a beet salad that tasted like no other beets I'd ever had. At the suggestion of the chefs (right out front and visible), I had a pork loin and my wife had a rack of lamb. Unbelievable! Also had a good discussion on wines with the wine steward, who nailed the characteristics of our pinot noir on the head.

All in all, we won't visit the area again without eating at his place. Don't miss it!!
