2. Add to our directory using the Inn/Bed & Breakfast form
3. Read the welcome email from us which has further information and options

Submission Form
Please find below descriptions of the various fields and options within the submission form.

Title
This is the short name/description of your Inn/Bed & Breakfast . The Title will also be used to make a filename for Search Engine Optimization purposes.

Web Address
The web site address of your Inn/Bed & Breakfast .

Description
The full text description of your Inn/Bed & Breakfast , seen in the listings and details pages.

Area or Town
In which area or town is your Inn/Bed & Breakfast situated. If you can't find an exact match, please choose your closest/most relevant town.

Other Area/Town
If your exact area or town isn't listed, please tell us here, and we will add this to our site if appropriate.

Contact Name
The name of the person this Inn/Bed & Breakfast relates to.

Contact Email
The email of the person this Inn/Bed & Breakfast relates to.

Logo/Images
Each Inn/Bed & Breakfast can have images associated with it. These images maybe used in the listings and the details page of your Inn/Bed & Breakfast .

There are several methods, explained below:

1. Logo Upload
You can upload an image from your hard drive to the site. Your logo should have approximate dimensions of 160x120 pixels & be below 80k in size. To find your file press the 'browse' button, confirm, then press send. You will get a confirmation message if successful or an error message if not. Upon successful upload the text box below will automatically fill with the images web address, that is now stored with us.

2. Web site Thumbnail
We will automatically obtain a snapshot of your web site. We use two thumbnail providers to try an ensure an image is returned which can only occur if you have submitted a valid working web site. In some cases a snapshot may not be obtainable due to your site not being spidered by the thumbnail providers, Girafa or Thumbshots.org.

If you have problems of this nature, please visit DMOZ - The Open Directory Project, and add your site to their listings to ensure thumbnail pickup and maximize your Search Engine Exposure.

3. Logo Web Address
You can specify the full URL/Web address of an image you have stored else ware in the supplied text box. This image should be publicly accessible.

e.g. http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif

Multiple images
If you upload more than 1 image, we can use these to create advanced company information and styling within your details page, allowing for full promotion of your business. If you choose 'Web site Thumbnail' for more than one logo/image do not worry, only a singular thumbnail will be gathered so there will be no repetition.

Addressing Details
A number of fields should be filled in to describe your business location. It is important you at least enter a Zip/PostCode and Country so we can generate a Google map of your location.
