The
Smug-a-Thon is a recreational event for hard-core competitors and slog-along

The event is open to individual participants or to teams.
Join
us for a day of fun in the outdoors, with a 3-mile jog or walk, a 4-mile
downstream (no whitewater) paddle, and a 9.5 mile bike ride. All participants
will receive ribbons, water bottles, and snacks at designated check
points. T-shirts will be given to those who register before June 5 and
thereafter while supplies last. A BBQ dinner and ice cream from a famous
local vendor will be provided to all participants after the event. Families,
