Foliage in July?

I went to see the Foliage last September to the North East Kingdom and it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I was wondering that if I go this year in Mid July will I be able to see any foliage? Thanks.

I'm afraid not. The leaves do not change color until early September.
