Hi everyone:
I recently came across this image in a Lightroom tutorial and cannot identify its location. It might be Canon mountain in NH, but I am really not sure. Can anyone help?

Tim, you mentioned to me previously that there is a ski mountain to the right of the lake/pond. That might help the viewers in your location search if they don't recognize that right off. It looks like the photog might have hiked up to a vantage site above the scenic. Good luck!

It's Profile Lake in Franconia Notch SP on Rt 93 . That photo is from Matt K .com and is from one of his classes.

Thanks, it's about one and a half hours from the border. I assume from where the sun is that it was taken around midday...any comment on that and how long does it take to hike there. Do you have directions?

You are correct, It's about 110 miles from the Mass border. I don't know about the time of day or the hike. I suggest you check with Matt Kloskowski at MattK.com as I believe he took the photo. He has a great website if your not familiar with him.

Artist Bluff in NH. The ski slopes on the right are part of Cannon Mtn. Here is the trail info:

Tim, just wondering if you have hiked this trail and where one would find the location/summit/lookout for this shot? CT

I remembered this phone pic my son in-law took of my grandson the same visit. A little better view.
