A question for dfpvt
A few years ago I took the Danby / Mt. Tabor road to Peru area. I then took some side trips on some forest highways including The little Michigan Rd. and the Mad Tom Notch road to name a couple. On the side one of these roads was a gravestone for a young boy who died when the log wagon he was riding on rolled over. Do you know which road that was? I'm hoping to take my brother on a southwest Vt. trip this weekend foliage or not. I spent a lot of time down there surveying the new route 7 and painting all the little yellow lines.
Re: A question for dfpvt
Haven't seen the gravestone. I'm reasonably sure it isn't on Mad Tom Notch Rd. Could well be on the road from Danby to Landgrove. That covers a lot of ground.

No problem. I'll find it some day. I think it was on the Little Michigan Road. But there were 3 other roads between that and the Mad Tom Notch Road that I was on.
