Jose forecast to become a hurricane shortly--Euro hurricane forecast model,which is the most reliable,shows that it may come very close to end of Long Island/Rhode Island in about 5 or 6 days before veering off to the NE--That's about 200 miles away from Killingtion,which should be far enough away for little effect of any winds in Vermont---This is no Irma--But keep your eye on it

Tropical Storm watch issued for Delaware to Southeastern Massachusetts--luckily Jose still forecast to remain well offshore
