Thank you for the wonderful photos.
You (and others) serve such a wonderful service by reinvigorating me (and others) with your images.
Work and family have keep my camera on the shelf for (really) the last year or so. Nothing I do will get into your league but, your images still make me want go dust off the gear and get out and shoot.
I have a ton of vacation time this year (a function of not being able to get away from the office, as mentioned previously) and I have committed to shooting the maximum number of days this fall. I am heading to VT and I am going to work hard to shoot more (Stratton giving me four rounds of golf at $25 each is not helping but, the middle of the day is bad for photos, right???) and do more at home too. I drove to a friend's cabin this summer and the roads up there are ALMOST Vermont like with the hills and dales and small farms. I think there are some photos up there and I am going to capture as many as I can.
Thank you again for sharing so freely. Deeply appreciated.
Love the summer shots but, it looks like you also have some nice sites for the fall too.
It is Crepeault Hill Rd on the NW side of St Johnsbury looking toward the hills of North Danville. It is a really nice road in the Fall.ctyanky wrote:Tim: what road in the NEK was late summer morning taken? This must be gorgeous in the fall. I'll be with Carol the whole first week in October, you should try to meet up with us!
I hope to have some time for a meet up this year. It all depends on how things work out .
I hope you can find the time to meet Carol and I. She has our whole week planned out and it sounds amazing!
Is it fall yet? We are getting three days of 90's starting tomorrow. Hope the weather turns fast. Still have time for the cold shots to arrive. But the leaves are changing normally here despite the heat and drought. We'll see!

That is a field along Hale Rd in Waterford.
Well that sunrise, wow! How did the particles come together for such a widespread glow of the rising sun? That is spectacular! The color reminds me of honey! Truly amazing! CT
P.S. With this warm weather I think VT will start tapping sooner. What do you think???? I'm excited for sugaring season but I think the mud is going to be wicked this year!
