PHOTOGRAPHING VERMONT'S FALL FOLIAGE eBOOK

Post: # 15481Post Andy

My eBook has arrived, hopefully just in time for 2012 Fall Foliage.

"Photographing Vermont's Fall Foliage, Where to Find the Iconic Shots" has been delivered in eBook format to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Sony eBooks, Kobo and other eBook providers.

It is currently available for Kindle (Amazon); http://www.amazon.com/Photographing-Ver ... ll+Foliage

AND the iTunes/iBookstore; http://itunes.apple.com/us/book/photogr ... 4198?mt=11.

This is the eBook Version of my old pdf, and is updated, including GPS coordinates for most places. Forward was written by our own local celebrity, Arnold J. Kaplan.

Your Amazon page will soon feature your first review!

I did have to ding you for the book kind of being mostly photography, Vermont and foliage. The title made me think it would cover more topics...

:D

Kidding! I thought it was great and reviewed accordingly.

This Forum (Tim) is in sooooo many ways, worth its weight in gold. I am no 2 paying forums that cannot hold a candle to this one!!!!

Thanks again, mm: I copied your link and fixed the spots where I needed it. I'll remember it when I publish my Michigan U.P. eBook in early 2013.

Speaking of folks who like an actual book in their hands, Andy have you looked at Northstar Bookstore's on-demand publishing service? Located in beautiful Manchester, Vermont customers can walk in and ask for a copy and have it printed right there and then or order ones on-line. Not terribly expensive.

Paying for a few for them to display might not be a terrible idea. They are generally considered one of, if not the, best local bookstores in New England. Tons of foot traffic (i.e. potential customers for your burgeoning media empire) during foliage season.

Just a thought.

We are very close, Utah! I hope it is worth the wait. We are in final editing and proofreading stages right now. The current challenge is the publisher. Like so many "success" stories, my publisher has gotten increasingly more expensive and increasingly more difficult to work with. I am looking at alternatives. Stay tuned. We will announce when it hits the "press" :D

Great news, Andy! (Meaning, the part about it being nearly done, not the part about the publisher being a PITA. :) )

I recently had an inquiry here about the availability of this book and wanted to confirm/remind that it is indeed available in Kindle, iBook and Nook formats (and a couple others) at their usual outlets.
