You can drive to the Dam, and just above the Dam is Little River State Park. Not sure if the park is open this time of year, but you can get access to the reservoir from inside the park. I believe they have a boat launch there. The road up to the dam is off Route 2 in Waterbury. There is also access from the other end of the reservoir off Cotton Brook Road, which is off of Moscow Road. Moscow road is off Route 100 south of Stowe. I believe the access there is a canoe access to the river that exits the reservoir. It's a beautiful area. There is some good hiking off both Little River State PArk, and Cotton Brook Road.

Thank you for the reply I am really looking forward to being up there this coming week, and I am just getting some ideas for some shots.

You can get to the east side of it easily from Reservoir Rd off Rt 100. There are some grassy hills surrounding it from which you can get quite a view. It's a good spot.
