Color on the Prairie

Unlike Vermont, Minnesota doesn't have mountains blazing with color at this time of the year, so we have to find color where we can. Here in the Twin Cities, we are on the edge of the Prairie and don't have a lot of sugar maples. Here's a shot I recently made at a county park near my house. Our color is a bit closer to the ground than it is in New England.

Nice Al. Where are those images from the West you recently took? :)
