Hope you won't mind if a share here some photos of the wildflowers in Albion Basin, Alta, Utah. My daughter, Abbie, and I took a quick drive up last Thurs. morning(it is 20 min. from my front door). It was still a coool 59 degrees at 9:30 a.m. and the flowers were at peak. I was afraid we had missed them as they usually peak about the first week of Aug.. but with the heavy snow pack they where a little late. And yes, that white stuff is still SNOW!

My experience with the West is very limited so thank you very much for posting the photos. Looks like an absolutely gorgeous area.
