Post Depression Vermont color photos

I came across this link and found it very interesting. Many of these photos are from New England, and a few from Vermont.

"These images, by photographers of the Farm Security Administration/Office of War Information, are some of the only color photographs taken of the effects of the Depression on America’s rural and small town populations. The photographs are the property of the Library of Congress and were included in a 2006 exhibit Bound for Glory: America in Color."

Thanks for sharing this link, Fax: Some great photos. I especially like the guy hauling the crates of peaches, and the children sleeping on the bed during the square dance. The Shepherd and his dog is kind of cool, too. And the guy in the carbon plant. Wow.
