OCT 7 or OCT 21 ?

OCT 7 or OCT 21 ?

Many thanks to all who responded to my previous question. I understand that you all believe the weekend of Oct 14 -17 is the best time to visit VT this season. However, if I can't make it on that weekend, which of the following 2 would you recommend in terms of fall foliage color:

a) OCT 7 -10
b) OCT 21-24

I would be staying in Stowe.

The first, for sure. Even with this late season there will be little foliage left up in Stowe on Oct. 21. --c

For Stowe the first weekend will be the best.
