The weather this week appears to be less than ideal for foliage peeping and especially photography.

Tuesday should feature skies that vary from partly cloudy to mostly cloudy, not too bad. Should be better in the afternoon than the morning.

Wednesday will be the best day of the week. If you have any flexibility in when you come up, this is the day to choose.

Thursday will start out okay but probably cloud over as the remnants of Tropical Storm Matthew come into New England. And the gloom may continue into the weekend (though it's too early to tell yet...) --c
