Peacham - Barnet?

How is the Peacham Barnet area? Some years it's been so beautiful! Last few years we've been too early.

Colors may be in the late stages around Lake Willoughby, but you go to Willoughby to see the lake. Colors will be great from the Burke area south into the Peacham / Barnet area and route 100 from about Stowe south to route US 4. (See my “What the heck is Peak Foliage post?)

I don't go to Willoughby to see the lake. There are so many beautiful scenic views of farms etc with foliage in that area,that's why I go up there this time of year.

Right now I would be in The Groton State Forest with my Digital Camera and a backpack full of batteries.
