I had quite the busy day today, left at 7:50 am and didn't get home until 6:30 pm. First stop was Groton State Park, still some nice color there. Then I drove to the summit of Burke Mountain. The view from there was definitely peak. Gorgeous. Burke Hollow Road had some nice color. Stopped by Lake Willoughby, still some good color there as well. Next I took Rt. 58 westfrom 5A to 100 south. Stunning color on 58 for the whole stretch. Swung by Beverly Pond one of my favorite places, good color there, too. Also saw good color on Rt. 15 heading back east and Rt 2 between Rt. 232 and Rt. 91. All in all a good day, saw more good color than not.
