If you are looking for foliage in VT tomorrow I suggest going to Rutland.
Been there this afternoon (thanks minnieb for the suggestion!) and it is very nice right now. We took a back road called notch road and it was colorful, with reds and oranges!
In South Vermont there is color on Route 7 between Bennington and Manchester (mostly yellows and Oranges) and in some areas of route 30 and 11 before Jamaica.
Hills around Manchester and Dorset are past peak.
There is no color in Townshend and Newfane. Trees there are green or rusty and many are bare. In that region it looks like last year.
