I did the drive up to Burke with my son today and what a stellar day it was. Usually we go to Killington/Okemo/Mount Snow, but all these reports of brilliant colored foliage made us change our plans.

Thank you, I'm glad we went yesterday as today is cloudy with a low ceiling. I was hoping to go to Mount Snow/Stratton today, but it's just too gloomy for me.

I was in Burke yesterday, too. It was spectacular. All along 114 from Lyndonville to Island Pond was bursting with color. I would say all of that area, Island Pond, too is at peak.
