You have been alot of help so I thought I would check in. I'm getting so nervous. I'm coming such a long way to see the foliage is my route still good to go. The 5 from Ma to Brattleboro, the 9, 7A and route 100 to Quechee. I will be starting this trip Oct.14. Please tell me I'm not to late.

Because route 9 and 100 are at higher elevations the colors may be past peak. There will be late colors with more yellow and less red and orange. Ask the locals. If it don't look good, try this other ride. Take route 30 from Brattleboro to route 35 north in Townshend. Take route 35 north through Grafton to route 11 east in Chester. turn right and take route 11 east to route 106 north in Springfield. Take route 106 north to Woodstock and Quechee. I've been in that area at about that time and colors were good.
