Wow! It doesn't get any better than this! Feels like mid to late September here in northern CT with a stellar weekend for outdoor activities! Woke up to 50 degrees outside with cloudless, azure blue skies! This continues to be an amazing stretch of weather for the NE that will continue into next weekend! It is in the mid to low 40s in Vermont! A kick start to the autumn season!

I'm very excited for my hiking trip to SoVermont (Mt. Olga) tomorrow with ixl from the foliage forum. I guess I'll be going from shorts to layers as it is expected to be even lower temps tonight in Vermont! If time allows, we are going to the Bondville Fair, the oldest continuous fair in Vermont since 1797!

Looking forward to the Chester and Peru Fairs in late September and then the big trip begins the week after!

PS I left all the windows open last night and awoke to an arctic zone in the house!

Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns. ~George Eliot
