Mark if you go, take route 35 north to East Hill Road to Deer Valley Road to Maggie Ladd. That's the lower road, we continue further up 35 and take Deer Valley Loop right to Maggie Ladd. There are beautiful homes, pastures and lots of old stone walls, very picturesque. East Hill goes south and there is a road there I want to explore, Peaked Mountain Road. May take a detour here.

I will be going. I called and made reservations. I will be there by 1pm and will be wearing a black baseball hat.
Thanks again for the directions. I will be coming from the Woodstock Pomfret area.
They do allow photos and video.
I can talk to you more when I meet you there.

Mark: I'll find you! Black baseball cap! See you in VT!
Do you have time to check out Peaked Mountain Road? It's off the East Hill Road. There's a farm there I want to visit soon but they only take visitors on Sundays.....

Conditions have held up remarkably well in Woodstock/Pomfret/Bridgewater. In fact, upper Cloudland Road and Galaxy Hill were at peak today, and look like they will hold on for a bit. The colors were as good as I have seen on these roads since 2001.
Leffert's Pond Chittenden area was very good today, even though perhaps a couple days past peak. The pond is a bit weed choked.
Pittsford, Proctor, Middletown Springs, Ira, Tinmouth areas are very colorful, at peak or within a few days depending on the roads. More red than I have seen in those areas in a long time. Try 3 from Pittsford to 4, 133, 140, and side roads. White Rocks area just east of Wallingford also very good today. Hard to wrong in these areas over the next couple days. Lots of whoa!! spots.
