Jackpot of reds

Postby abby » Sun Oct 11, 2015 10:46 am

If you're looking for bright reds then route58 from Irasburg to Lowell is the place to be. Incredibly beautiful . We followed rte 58 through hazens notch. Always a nice drive. Found the most wonderful stand of birch trees I have ever seen. Arrived in Montgomery. Great color in the low elevations but not in higher elevations. More gorgeous reds on Hill west road in Montgomery. Also photographed the creamery bridge and waterfall. From here went rte 118 south to belvedere pond. Peak vibrant beautiful colors.
