I want to be the first to congratulate our own Charles (ixl) from this SOV forum for his stunning spreads in the Vermont Life Autumn Issue for 2015! Absolutely beautiful Charles! A two page spread of Barnet and a two page spread behind the table of contents (Norton)! I'm sooooooooooo proud of you Charles!
You are an amazing photographer and the most down to earth, humble friend ever! Your work has come to fruition for all to see and I'm so honored to know you in real life! I must have a signature on both pages!
The Vermont Life Autumn issue arrived at my doorstep today and I scrambled into the house to find the scenes. Again, congratulations Charles! I'm sending you a virtual hug because I know you don't use your cell phone!!!!!!!

Just an added note: the scene behind the table of contents is Lewis Pond (in Norton)! Charles spent the night there and got the most amazing shots which you can see in his website!

Congrats Charles.
I went to the Vermont Life website but they still have their summer edition there. How about posting the photos they published here so we can see them now rather than wait for them to post their autumn addition? I and, I'm sure the others here would love to see them.

bm, the GPS tag says it was taken on Whitehill Road, off Garland Hill. Not that this means anything to me really.

bm: we passed this on one of our trips around Garland Hill. That's why it looks so familiar to me! I think we took Al around Garland Hill that day???? Do you recall?
I just looked on my Jimapco and it is highlighted so yes, we were there!

Thanks. It was a really amazing night.. even though I managed to bust my car's mirror backing out of the place-I-shouldn't-have-parked!

I just noticed a strange horizontal line on the right side of the one with the barn. I have no idea how that got there in the small versions of this, thankfully it's not in print.

Makes me want to go to Lewis Pond for a third time, but it is a day trip and I'm booked solid for 10 days already! Well, maybe I can convince someone to go, we'll see! Lewis Pond is the ultimate long view in my opinion! It is worth the time and effort getting there!
