Folks: Yesterday I received a nice note from, George's wife, as well as a very nice thank you card with a silhouette of George and his camera up to his eye.

I had sent her hard copy of the text of the tributes here, and she asked that I thank all of you for the tribute, which she say "brought tears to their eyes." She also said she has very fond memories of her trip to Vermont and those of us she met; but most of all of her time there with George.

I know we all have wonderful memories of George, who served in life, and even in death, as an inspiration to us for how life should be lived.
