Hartford Courant: Vermont-Epitome of Yankee Culture

Great article in today's Hartford Courant 11/8: Manchester and Dorset area. IRIS VAN RYNBACH states as her lead in:
"This isn't scientific, but I submit that Vermont is the most New Englandy of all the states". (I agree! )
She writes about Dorset which in my opinion is one of the most quaint villages in Vermont with an adorable town green! I love the country store there! Hildene in Manchester is a very nice place to visit, especially in the fall. Albeit crowded, these areas are true gems. Mt. Equinox is a great toll road and the views are amazing at the top!
