Darrin: Thanks so much for sharing with us. It looks like you caught the foliage at the Jenne Farm "just right." I liked the "new" view of that farm. Don't think I have ever seen it shot from that angle.

Your shots of Sleepy Hollow show it like it really looks. Most photographers crop out the sky and the top, giving the suggestion that the driveway continues on up the hill, like a road up into the mountains. When I was actually there, and saw the hillside behind the barns, with the relatively open, and small trees, I was kind of surprised. I don't think I shot it the way you did, but, again, I like your "vision."

You captured the colors very well.

If it sounds too good to be true, its probably . . . .

Thanks to Andy and GIC for your comments.

I just started getting into photography recently and still learning to improve. Hopefully I will be able to take better pictures next year for fall foliage in Vermont... Can't wait until next October!!!

Hi Darrin: Great photos. I loved #7395 and the waterfalls. You got a lot of nice color!

Yes, Vermont is Heaven on Earth. You took me back there through your photos.

Thank you.

Darrin,
I really enjoyed these. My favorites were of the waterfall around #10/#11 in the slideshow and the close-ups of the leaves. The waterfall shots are really well done. Is that Moss Glens Falls near Stowe? Or the other Moss Glens Falls? I need to put that on my "must see" list.

Darrin, enjoyable slide show. I really liked how you included the leaves on the ground in the Sleepy Hollow picture....can just picture driving along on Cloudland road and seeing some guy flat on his tummy shooting that picture...just teasing but really is neat!
You have alot of nice pictures to revisit! Enjoy them!
