Dear Gwenda Williams,
If you are taking the Vermonter and don't drive, are you bringing someone to drive you around once you arrive? If not, you may want to stay at the Pippin Inn in Quechee...they have a limousine that you may be able to hire if you are staying there. In any case, I'd recommend taking the AMTRAK Vermonter to White River Junction, just 5 miles from Quechee and The Pippin Inn, www.thepippininn.com or www.quechee.com, also tollfree 1-800-974-7746.
There' a Thrifty Rent-a-Car in White River Junction if you have a driver and wish to rent a car. There are also other limousine and taxi services: New Face Taxi Inc. 802-295-1500 and Limousine Service 802- 765-4519. Also Hanover Limousine Service 603-298-8880.
Hope this helps, enjoy your visit!
Susanne
