Susan2004, we've been to Waitsfield also--We went east ,driving thru the covered bridge and up to some nice hills and views--But we never went west on 17 before, or as pwt puts it, "Little Switzerland" road--But we'll hit it this year--thanks for mentioning it

We love the Northeast Kingdom area--Back in 2003 we saw some really stunning color near the end of Sept--It was around Route 114 that we basically drove--This year we'll be up there again--Can anyone suggest additional routes in that same area? thanks

Hi everyone--new member here--looking forward to another Fall in Vermont--Saw that the colder weather is on ts way--Next wednesday supposed to drop to 41 degrees in Killington--but I believe the temps have to drop to the 30's to get the color going--is that true?
