One more question - Lodging Vermont
I'm afraid I have to ask again ... :confused: Would you recommend to stay in Woodstock, Montpelier or Stowe to travel for 3 days through Vermont (30.09.-2.10.) ? After that we are going to NH where we want to stay in North Conway. Is this a good location for travel through the White Mountains ? Than...

So we decided to go to Northern Vermont first, then to the White Mountains and then to Acadia National Park and down the coast ....

Vermont first ??
Hi all, we are going to make a trip through the New England states from September, 29th to October, 20th. We are starting in New York. Question is .. would it be better to go first to Vermont and then to Maine and then down the coastline to New Hampshire ? Or do you think we'll see the foliage peak ...
